produto, me desloquei ate a empresa AGROMETAL na cidade de são jose do rio
preto, onde adiquiri uma maquina de cortar grama trapp sl350 1800w 220v na
data de 26/02/2013, onde me informaram como de praxe, que teria garantia de
01 ano, onde que neste período utilizei tal equipamento cerca de 04 vezes,
para roçar aproximadamente 300 metros de grama, quando que por incrível que
pareça uma peça de plastico que prende a lamina roçou na da de 09/02/2014,
levando tal equipamento ate a autorizada empresa ELETROTÉCNICA HERTZ, nesta
mesma cidade, onde o responsável me informou que tal peça estava dando
problema, que estava trocando por peça de metal, pois havia recebido varias
maquinas com o mesmo defeito, que era para levar tal maquina acompanhado da
nota que seria feito a tal substituição, quando levei e observou que a
nota havia passado 12 dias do vencimento da nota, me retornou informando
que não seria feito na garantia e repôs a mesma peça de plastico que com
certeza apos mais 04 ou 05 vezes que utilizar terei que trocar, somente
espero que tenham mais apreço aos vossos clientes, pois imaginava que tais
produtos focem mais resistentes ou que não começasse a manutenção tao cedo
obrigado?
